Arles Wedding Photographer
Victoria and Nick chose me as their Arles wedding photographer because they wanted relaxed pictures that told their story. They had travelled from the UK to celebrate their wedding in the south of France with their friends and family. They didn’t want anything cheesy or sniff!
The wedding was held at Mas Saint Germain not far from Arles. I have shot at this venue before. You can see another wedding from Mas Saint Germain here. It’s a fantastic place and I adore shooting there. The views are stunning and there are so many pretty places for portraits.
The wedding was planned by Grant Morgan Weddings and everything looked fabulous. Him and his team worked tirelessly all day to keep things running smoothly.
The ceremony was conducted by the lovely Ray from Wedding Words and Wishes. He always injects fun into his ceremonies and makes it really personal for the couple. Afterwards the couple were showered in confetti.

The guests drank cocktails and there was an oyster bar set up for guests to sample some of the wonderful local oysters we have here. The couple wanted a handful of family pictures which I shot quickly in around 15 minutes. We did some beautiful portraits of the bride and groom and as an Arles wedding photographer, I’m lucky to have such incredible light here. Shooting an hour before sunset gives you the best light for this region.
We took a walk in the olive groves surrounding the property. I didn’t want anything cheesy so used gently direction. I always want my clients to be themselves in images (otherwise it can get a bit cringy!).
The day went on with some brilliant speeches and finally lots and lots of crazy dancing. The perfect end to the perfect day!
