AUDE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Bethan & Tim had postponed their day a couple of times, due to covid. Poor Bethan was so stressed when it looked like, once again her dream would be put on hold. But dreams do come true and the day went off without a hitch.  Bethan had waited quite long enough!  Her and Tim had met when they were only 12 years old.  Now, in their late twenties, the couple were ready to commit the rest of their lives to one another.  This wedding had such a close intimate feel and when i found out they were childhood sweethearts, everything made sense.  All their friends and family had known the two of them for so long, they were already like one big family.  It was a really special wedding to shoot and I loved sharing it with them.

The Preparations

Bethan chose the amazing Laura from Peach and Blush to help her with hair and make up. She looked stunning.  The morning was very relaxed. The girls chatted and drank champagne.  Meanwhile the boys got ready and their room was much less relaxed!  Like a bomb had gone off!  I loved shooting Tim’s father helping his son get ready.  Capturing moments they show a relationship between two people is what i do best.  They clearly had a very special relationship and were really close.  It was a lovely moment to shoot.

Aude Wedding Ceremony

The couple got married outside in a beautiful ceremony conducted by one of their best friends.  It was sweet and emotional.  The bride walked down the aisle to gentle guitar music by Pete McGrane.  I have worked with Pete at many stunning weddings, he is always so professional and sets the mood perfectly.  The ceremony went past so quickly and then it was time to have drinks and capture some portraits.

Tim and Bethan wanted just a handful of posed images.  Most of my clients want relaxed images that tell a story of the day. So that is the way I shoot for 95% of the time.  The pictures I like to shoot are happy images full of joy and emotion.  I hope this comes across in all the weddings I shoot.  Enjoy the images below and do get in touch if you need an Aude Wedding Photographer!
