CHATEAU DE BRAMETOURTE WEDDING
Victoria and Tom’s Chateau de Brametourte wedding was so much fun to shoot. I love shooting at Chateau de Brametourte. They recommend me to their clients and they are a great bunch of people to work with.
The Preparations
Victoria and her bridesmaids were busy getting ready with the occasional break to eat the amazing french cheeses laid on by the chateau. Victoria’s mum was busy steaming her wedding dress and the hair and make up girls transformed the bridal party. Tom and the guys made their way to La Collégiale Saint Rémy, a catholic church in nearby town Lautrec. Victoria’s priest had travelled all the way from Ireland to conduct the service.
The Wedding Ceremony at La Collégiale Saint Rémy, Lautrec
Lots of guests had travelled from all over the world to see the couple get married. The church was packed. The girls arrived by car and waited patiently outside for their turn to walk down the aisle. The church was huge and really great to shoot in. I concentrated on the expression of the couple and their guests. When the wedding was over, everyone gathered in the square outside to wish the couple congratulations. Then Victoria and Tom were off by car to their Chateau de Brametourte wedding.
The Photography at Chateau de Brametourte
The couple had chosen a handful of group pictures but for the majority of the day, I shoot in a very documentary, story-telling way. I look for fun, laughter and emotion. Later on in the day the sun was setting and the light was so pretty we went to shoot some pictures of the two of them. I really enjoyed shooting their day, I hope you enjoy the pictures!

What Victoria said about her pictures…
We’ve finally got around to going through all the photos, and they are truly stunning! You managed to capture such lovely, natural moments with everyone, as well as the more formal shots. We’re also really glad that you stole us away over dinner to capture the amazing pictures at sunset!
