CHATEAU PROVENCE WEDDING

Candice and James had a truly wonderful Chateau Provence wedding.  It is a fantastic venue near Uzès.  Like a secret hideaway.  You wouldn’t really notice it from the outside but inside, wow, it’s stunning.  A beautiful swimming pool in a courtyard, pretty gardens and walkways and the rooms are beautiful.  I am lucky that the venue recommend me because I really enjoy shooting weddings there.

Candice and James wanted a mixture of natural documentary images and portraits and groups.  I shoot set up images fast because getting married in the south of France is all about having the most amazing time with friends and family.

I started with the girls getting ready.  We all got on really well and I spent most of the morning laughing.  Candice looked incredible.  I also took some time out to shoot some portraits of James and his ushers.

The ceremony was very touching and the couple had a wine ceremony at the end.  It was then time to hug everyone and say congratulations whilst sipping champagne and eating canapés.  We took 15 minutes out to shoot some pictures of Candice and James together.  Here are some of my favourite images of their day….
